V petek, 17. novembra, ko praznujemo Dan slovenske hrane in poteka Tradicionalni slovenski zajtrk, za vas po enem letu znova odpiramo vrata naše proizvodnje v Trebnjem, kjer nastajajo hišne kulinarične dobrote in specialitete iz lokalnih sestavin. V lastni proizvodnji imamo zaposlenih že 7 oseb, ki kuhajo, pečejo, nabirajo in sušijo zelišča, pakirajo dobrote v embalažo, pišejo in lepijo etikete itd. Del izdelkov, ki jih najdete na naših policah, je tako iz lastne predelave, surovine pa seveda odkupujemo od naših lokalnih partnerjev in kmetov.
Poleg ogleda proizvodnje Dobrot Dolenjske smo za vas na Dan odprtih vrat organizirali še 2 brezplačni vodeni kulinarični doživetji iz naše stalne ponudbe ter 1 kuharsko delavnico, na kateri bomo pripravljali in kuhali štruklje.
